Last month I attended the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Counselors to Higher Education (CHE) 2013 Senior Summit in Washington, DC. There I learned from a number of higher ed communication experts on topics from social media management, organizing a high-profile event like a presidential debate, and the goings-on at UVa before, during, and after the resignation and reinstatement of their president.
